Welcome to the Monroe County Children's System of Care Website!

The Monroe County System of Care for High Risk Children seeks to serve Children prenatal through 21 years of age who have moderate to severe impairment in behavioral functioning in two or more areas of their life functioning (such as behavior at school, behavior at home, behavior with peers, problems with the legal system, chronic health concerns, emotional difficulties, etc.), who are involved with two or more community agencies or organizations to help them with these struggles, and whose problems in functioning are seen as being longer term in nature or have the potential to be longer term in nature and are not based on temporary situational events in the life of the child.

The Monroe County System of Care for High Risk Children is a community collaborative partnership of public and private agencies in Monroe county that has the goal of partnering together to provide more effective, efficient and seamless services to high risk children and families.
